What is Knafeh?

The most traditional Lebanese breakfast.

A secret blend of cheeses topped with special lightly crispy flour and semolina dough and served with sugar syrup.

Some people like it inside the “kaakeh”, a traditional Lebanese bread, and some people prefer it plain. It doesn’t matter. Have it the way you want, it is delightful.
