What is Fingers Baklava?

Fingers baklava is a variation of the traditional pastry baklava. Instead of being cut into squares, diamonds, or other shapes, it is rolled into small, elongated "finger" shapes. These rolls consist of layers of thin filo dough wrapped around a filling of crushed nuts (our filling is cashews) and then baked and sweetened with syrup. The finger shape offers a convenient, bite-sized portion that is easy to handle and enjoy.  

Regional Variations of Baklava:

Baklava has many regional variations, with different countries and cultures adding their unique twists to the recipe. Some examples include:  

  • Turkish Baklava: Often uses pistachios and is cut into square or diamond shapes. Gaziantep in Turkey is particularly famous for its baklava.
