Barazek are a crunchy and delicious pistachio and sesame seed cookies that are topped with a dense layer of sesame seed on one side while the other side is studded with chopped pistachios.
Ingredients: All purpose flour, yeast, vegetable oil, sesame seeds, pistachio, orange blossom, sugar, water, vanilla and grape syrup.
